Descrição

Our client has over 50 years as the market leader , with reference in the food and beverage sector.

  • Works with Brazil CIO/BEL team on a daily basis to develop technology strategies and to prioritize issues and service needs
  • Interacts daily with Brazil GTS service area leaders and teams to ensure effective service delivery and to advocate for the client
  • Collaborates with backline and architecture teams to deliver technical solutions per BIS standards
  • Interacts with Program Management Office (PMO) teams to ensure successful Project Lifecycle Methodology (PLM) and project management processes

 

Deliverables:

  • Brazil technology roadmaps and strategies
  • Technical evaluations and estimates of technology services required to support Brazil CIO/BEL projects
  • Regular communications on technology services projects, new services and changes to service portfolio or service level agreements

Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s/third level degree required
  • 10+ years of related IT business work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build and foster strong customer and provider relationships required
  • Financial management experience preferred
  • Experience in CPG industry preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Portuguese required
  • Advanced proficiency in English required
  • Conversational proficiency in Spanish required

 

Accountabilities:

  • Serves as the “single face of technology services” in Brazil
  • Ensures successful technology service delivery to Brazil
  • Develops Brazil technology strategies and roadmaps as applicable
  • Identifies opportunities to reduce baseline costs and enhance service levels
  • Guarantees proper coordination to IT function and various supported groups
  • Brokers strong relationships between the technology services teams and the business solutions teams
  • Ensures Brazil business solutions align to standard enterprise architectural standards
  • Oversees Brazil technology operations work intake (e.g., PPM proposals, annual operating plan)
  • Supervises technology service delivery in support of Brazil application projects
  • Oversees cost estimation for technology components of Brazil application projects
  • Dotted-line manager of Brazil service area engage/delivery leads (Compute, Network, EUC, Architecture)
